     [摘要] 目的：评价脂肪抽吸的可行性及效果。方法：对58位患者肿胀麻醉下采用负压吸引器行脂肪抽吸术。结果：在随访的33位患者中，满意率90%，无脂肪栓塞、感染等严重并发症。结论：肿胀麻醉下负压吸脂术创伤小，安全有效，恢复快。

    Liposuction with Negative Pression Suction Under Tumescent Technique

    Abstract：Objective To evaluate feasibility and effect of the liposuction.Methods 58 liposuctions were performed with negative pressionsuction apparatus under tumescent technique.Results Postoperative followup revealed that most of the cases(28/33) got satisfactory result,no serious complications occurred.Conclusion It is practicable to perform liposuction with negative pression suction under tumescent technique.
