【摘要】目的 评价QQL排铅口服液的促进排铅功能。方法 取小鼠, 饮水给予0.1%三水合乙酸铅水溶液建立小鼠预防性铅中毒模型, 同时灌胃给予不同浓度的受试物, 喂养30天后测定血、肝脏和股骨中的铅含量。结果 QQL排铅口服液能显著降低高铅摄入小鼠的血铅含量, 但对肝铅和股骨铅含量无明显影响。结论 QQL排铅口服液有一定程度的促进高铅摄入小鼠排铅功能。

    Study of QQL health liquid on the lead expelling effect

    【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the lead expelling effect of QQL health liquid. Methods Male NIH rats were treated with water containing 0.1% lead acetatic trihydrate for establishing an experimental lead poisoning rats model. QQL health liquid was administrated to rats through every day. Thirty days later, rats were killed, then the concentration of lead in blood, liver and femur were determined.Results The results indicated that QQL health liquid could significantly reduce the concentration of lead in blood, but no obvious effect was observed on the levels of lead in liver and femur.Conclusion QQL health liquid could increase lead excretion in blood of rats with high level lead intakes. ......
