     [摘要] 本文报道尿道会师术治疗后尿道断裂12例。随访5 a～6 a，疗效满意，该手术方法无需二次手术，无阳萎、尿失禁等并发症，本文对手术适应证，操作要点作了介绍。笔者认为尿道会师术后适力牵引，定期扩张是确保手术成功的技术关键。

    The comprehension of Urethral Reunion Operation in Treating Posterior Urethral Disruption

    Abstract:The paper reported 12 patients with posterior urethral disruption after Urethral Reunion Operation,the curative effect was significant after 56 years followup,the operation needn`t of second operation,and there were no the complication ofimpotence or urinary incontinence,the paper introduced the operation indication and the main points,we thought the technique key points ofsuccessful Urethral Reunion Operation were to suitable traction and tooperate periodic urethra dilatation.
