【摘要】 阐述了数字化医院的概念，详细介绍总结了数字化医院的业务及信息构成，分析了目前数字化医院所面临的问题和困难，针对这些信息共享中存在的问题，提出了在电子病历、医疗设备信息传输以及信息系统信息交换三个方面进行标准化建设的观点，最后展望了深入完善和发展数字化医院、远程医疗及社区医疗的前景。

    The share and standard of digital hospital information

    【Abstract】 This article introduces the concept , the operation and the information of digital hospital. The digital hospital is faced with several problems in information share. In order to solve such problems, three important standards including electronic medical record, data gathered from medical device and data transmission of hospital information system should be established. The deep development of the digital hospital, the tele-medicine and the medical treatment in community are all prospected.

    1996年开始，北京市大范围开展医院信息化工作，从而揭开了我国医院的数字化建设的序幕，伴随着信息技术的飞速发展，数字医院建设已经基本完成了以管理医院人、财、物的医院管理信息系统。医疗改革是当前全国关心的热点，因此医院信息系统建设也要适应医疗改革的需求 ......
