高压输电线电磁辐射对大鼠影响的研究

     【摘要】 目的 研究高压输电线的电磁辐射对大鼠的影响。方法 将大鼠用高压输电线电磁辐射的模拟系统辐照400天后,检测脾脏细胞STAT3蛋白磷酸化水平,测定其心电、脑电和肌电,观测肺、肾和雄性大鼠睾丸的显微结构,并测定血液生化及血常规指标和血红蛋白结构等。结果 大鼠脾脏细胞STAT3蛋白磷酸化水平明显升高;血液谷丙转氨酶含量、白细胞数目显著增加;血红蛋白的红外光谱图部分吸收峰位置和峰强度改变;心电图心动周期延长、心率变短等以及肌肉复合电位的波幅大量降低;肺、肾和雄性大鼠睾丸的组织结构出现异常。结论 高压输电线电磁辐射对大鼠细胞信号转导、血液系统、呼吸系统和生殖系统等都有不同程度的影响。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of exposure to electromagnetic irradiation(EMF) for high-voltage transmission lines(HVTL) on rats.Methods Rats were exposed to EMF imitated for HVTL. Electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram were measured. The organic structure of lung and spermary were observed and phosphorylations of STAT3 were detected in spleen cells. Meanwhile the biochemical indexes of blood were determined. Results The expression of phosphor-stat3 was significantly increased. The content of alanine aminotransferase and number of white cells were remarkably improved. And the intension of peak in FTIR of haematoglobin was changed. The organic structure of lung and spermary were abnormal. Conclusion The EMF of HVTL could bring the intensifying effect on cell signal transduction, blood system and productive system of rats, respectively. ......
