纳米羟基磷灰石体外诱导肝癌细胞死亡的研究

     【摘要】 利用化学方法辅助超声制备出稳定单分散的纳米羟基磷灰石。应用原子力显微镜(AFM)、粒径电位仪对纳米羟基磷灰石进行表征;采用形态学观察和MTT比色法研究纳米HA对细胞系Bel-7402人肝癌细胞的作用;从超微结构及细胞周期的改变研究其作用机制。实验结果表明,纳米羟基磷灰石在体外对Bel-7402人肝癌细胞具有明显的抑制作用。通过进入到癌细胞内,阻滞细胞周期的进展,使细胞在G1期堆积,直接导致癌细胞死亡。

    Cytotoxinic mechanism of hydroxyapatide nanoparticles on human hepatoma cell lines

    【Abstract】 Stable and single-dispersed HAP nanoparticles were synthesized with chemical method assisted by ultrasonic treatment. HAP nanoparticles was surveyed by AFM and Zataplus. Effect was investigated on the Bel-7402 human hepatoma cell lines treated with HAP nanopartiles by the MTT methods and observation of morphology,and the mechanism was studied in changes of cell cycle and ultrastructure. The result showed that inhibition of HAP nanoparticles on the Bel-7402 human hepatoma cell lines was presented obviously in vitro. HAP nanoparticles entered cancer cytoplasm ......
