【摘要】 目的 探讨胎儿心电图的临床应用价值。方法 将孕18～42周的12200例孕妇行常规胎儿心电图检查，统计出各类异常胎儿心电图的发生率。结果 平均各孕周胎儿心电图检测成功率95%，异常胎儿心电图检出率为4.8%，其中，最多见为FQRS电压增高、胎儿心动过速、胎心早搏等，发生率分别为1.9%、1.85%、0.53%。结论 胎儿心电图检测对诊断胎儿心律失常的价值较大，能及时反映胎儿宫内缺氧情况，对临床诊治提供重要参考价值。由于所能显示的波幅很小，反映的信息量和数据有限。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the applied clinical value of fetal electrocardiogram. Methods Having a regular check about electrocardiogram of fetal on 18～42 pregnancy week women,adding up the occurrence rate of all types of abnormal fetal electrocardiogram.Results Average success rate of test of variety of preganacy-week electrocardiogram of fetal is 95%. Abnormal cases 4.8%.Among them,most frequent ones are voltage-increase of FQRS,fetal tachycardia,fetal premature beats,respectively 1.9%、1.85%、0.53%.Conclusion Fetal electrocardiogram plays an important part in the diagnosis of cordis arrhythmias,reflecting oxygen-deficiency of fetus inside the uterus,providing important reference for clinical treament.Because of the small wave-range,only limited information and data could be available. ......
