【摘要】 目的 研究利蓝注射液是否具有药物依赖性。方法 采用大、小鼠自然戒断实验及催促实验作药物依赖性研究。结果 与生理盐水组比较，利蓝注射液高、中、低剂量组均未出现外观体征和行为活动以及植物神经系统功能变化。结论 未发现利蓝注射液对SD大鼠和KM小鼠有明显的药物依赖性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the dependence of compound Yajialan injection. Methods To observe whether the compound Yajialan injection has the characteristics of addiction by the withdawal test and precipitation test in rats and mice. Results Compared with NS group，the compound Yajialan injection groups (high，medium，low dosage) haven’t been found the apparent changes in appearances，behaviors and nervous system engineries in rats and mice. Conclusion compound Yajialan injection hasn’t the apparent dependence characteristic in SD rats and KM mice.
