【摘要】 目的 探讨胰岛素合剂外敷治疗糖尿病患者手术切口不愈合的疗效。方法 胰岛素、维生素C、庆大霉素与高渗葡萄糖液组成胰岛素合剂。将25例经过常规换药后手术切口不愈合的糖尿病患者，改为胰岛素合剂外敷治疗。结果 经胰岛素合剂外敷治疗后均愈合，愈合时间平均为11.7天。结论 胰岛素合剂是治疗糖尿病患者手术切口不愈合的可靠方法之一。

    Treatment of operative incision disunion of 25 diabetes patients with insulin composition

    【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency of diabetes patients with operative incision disunion treated by insulin composition. Methods The insulin composition was composed of insulin, vitamin C, gentamycin and hypertonic glucose. 25 cases were treated with the composition whose incision were not healed by the routine method of change dressings.Results All cases were healed and the average time was 11.7 days.Conclusion The insulin composition is one of better way of treating operative incision disunion of diabetes patients.
