【摘要】 目的 观察通心络胶囊对40例冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响及疗效评价。方法 将80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组，在常规治疗基础上，对照组40例加用复方丹参片3片/次，3次/d；治疗组40例加用通心络3粒/次，3次/d，疗程4周，停用降脂及抗凝药物。结果 治疗组的血液流变学各项指标的下降率、心绞痛发作的减少明显优于对照组。结论 常规药物加通心络胶囊对冠心病血液流变学异常的治疗是有促进作用的，它可减少冠心病的危险因素，减少心绞痛发作，提高患者生活质量。
