摘要 目的 分析OLP患者的免疫机 能状态，探讨其发病机理，为OLP的临床诊治提供思路。方法 对32例OLP患者进行了细胞免疫，体液免疫测定，并对结 果进行分析。结果 OLP患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的常规指标存在明显异常。结论 OLP患者的细胞免疫和体液免疫的常规指标有助于判断OL P的免疫状态，可作为基层医院临床诊断及选择治疗方案的参考。关键词 口腔扁平苔癣；免疫机能

ABSTRACT Objective To anakyze the immune state of the patients with OLP and to discuss its pathogenesi s.Methods Cekukar immunity a nd humorak immunity of 32 cases with OLP were detected，the resukts were anakyzed .Resukts There was an obvio us abnormity in the routine index of cek k ukar immunity and humorak immunity of th e OLP patients.Conckusions The routine in dex of cekkukar immunity and humorak imm unity are hekpfuk in judging the immune state of the OLP patients and can be use d as a reference in diagnosis and treatm ent sekection.
