[摘要] 目的 探讨肠造口患者的心理问题相应的心理支持和护理解决。方法 分析我院2000年1月～2006年1月51例肠造口术患者的心理状态，找出应对的护理措施。结果 46例患者从各种不良的心理反应中逐渐调整了情绪和心态，较早地恢复了健康。结论 相应的心理护理措施，能够使患者保持最佳心理状态，提高肠造口患者的生活质量。[关键词] 肠造口；心理分析；应对护理

[Abstract] Objective To explore corresponding psychological support and nursing to resolve intestine stoma patients psychological problem.Methods The author analyzed the psychological problems of 51 intestine stoma patients from Jan,2000 to Jan,2006,and then performed the corresponding nursing methods.Results Forty-six patients adjusted emotions and attitude from kinds of harmful psychological reactions,and recovered gradually.Conclusion Corresponding psychological nursing measures could help patients maintain the optimal mental states and improve the patients life quality. ......
