左侧区域性门静脉高压症临床分析

摘要 目的 分析左侧门静脉高压症的病因、内镜下特征、误诊原因及治疗方法。方法 回顾分析26例手术证实的左侧区域性门静脉高压症患者的临床资料。结果 左侧区域性门静脉高压症主要临床表现为呕血和(或)黑便，脾脏肿大、脾功能亢进，多有胰腺疾患而无肝脏疾病。超声提示脾静脉阻塞或扩张，胃镜可见胃底孤立静脉曲张。该病少见，易误诊。结论 孤立性胃底静脉曲张是左侧区域性门静脉高压较特征的表现之一，首选手术治疗。关键词 门静脉高压；胃孤立静脉曲张
