     [摘要] 目的：玻璃体切割术提高了眼内异物的取出率。方法：分析28例外伤眼内异物病例，其中磁性异物19例，非磁性异物9例。结果：26例(92.9%)通过扁平部或角膜缘切口取出异物，视力改善16例(57.1%)不变6例(21.4%)，下降6例(21.4%)视网膜复位26例(92.9%)。结论：通过玻璃体切割术取眼内异物是最好途径。

    Extraction of Intraocular Foreigr Bodies Associated Vivrectomy

    Abstract:Objective To discuss the importance of intime surgery of mtraocular foreing (IOFBs).Vitrectomy improved cure rate of surgery.Methods 28 case of IOFBs including 19 magnetic and 9 nonmagnetic were analased.Results The IOFBs of 26 cases(92.9%)were extracted by cut of pars plana or the cut of corneae limbus,Postoperate visual acuity was improved in 16 cases (57.1%),not changed in 6 cases,(21.4%),and retinalreatachment in 26 cases(92.9%).Conclusion Vitrectomy technique is indicated in case of IOFBs,with retinal detachement,by removing the foreign body and managing the compilcations at the same operation. ......
