     [摘要] 目的：探讨肝病患者血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)的临床意义。方法：将175例肝病患者与健康组(50例)进行比较，观察各组肝病患者CHE的活性。结果：各型肝病CHE活性均有不同程度降低(P<0.01)，下降幅度依次为急性黄疸型肝炎<慢性活动性肝炎<肝硬化<肝癌<重型肝炎。结论：CHE的测定对反应肝病患者肝脏的受损状态和预后具有一定的临床价值。
