【摘要】 目的探讨影响义齿修复的局部错的正畸治疗。方法 应用不同的局部矫治器对影响修复的各种不同的局部错畸形进行矫治，并对局部矫治器的设计、适应证及特点进行总结。结果 113例患者的局部错畸形均在3.4～8.6个月内完成治疗，1～2年随访畸形无复发。结论 局部矫治器设计比较简单，对软硬组织刺激小，能有效地矫正局部错畸形，扩大修复治疗的范围，提高疗效。

    Orthodontic treatment to prosthodontic patients with local malocclusion

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of local appliance to prosthodontic patients with local malocclusion which impaired prosthodontic treatment.Methods The local malocclusions were treated with different local appliances then summarizded the designs、indications and characteristics of local appliances.Results The local malocclusions of all patients were corrected in 3.4～8.6 months.There were no relapses after1-2 years follow-up.Conclusion Local appliance had not complicated dynamic principles and could not only get a good results rapidly but also could alleviate the stimulation to soft and hard tissues. ......
