【摘要】 目的 比较临床常用的几种胃肠促动力剂对幼年大鼠的效果及差异，为儿科临床药物的选择应用提供指导。方法 取生后6～7周SD系幼年大鼠，随机分组，雌雄各半，每组6～8只，各组分别给予0.9%氯化钠溶液、吗丁啉片剂、吗丁啉混悬液、西沙必利、莫沙必利，连续给药1天后，于最后一次喂药后一定时间内灌喂10%活性炭药液，20min后，脱臼处死大鼠，解剖取出小肠，计算小肠推进百分率。结果 吗丁啉、西沙必利和莫沙必利对幼鼠小肠均有促推进作用，其有效的作用时间以进药后30～60min最为明显，1h后明显减退。此三种药促胃肠动力作用的峰效果相当，差异无显著性。对西沙必利的量效研究并未显示明显的差异，在最小剂量范围内即可达到明显有效的促动力作用。结论 几种临床常用的胃肠促动力剂对幼鼠小肠都有促动力作用，且效果相当。在儿科临床使用促动力剂时，只要按照最小推荐剂量使用即可达到有效的促动力效果。

    Study of comparing gastrokinetic effects of gastrokinetic drugs in infantile rats

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects and differences between several gastrokinetic drugs which we used usually in clinic in infant rats and then to provide indication for medicine application in pediatrics. Methods Postnatal 6～7 weeks SD rats were randomized into groups. Each group contained 6～8 rats with males and females at the same number. Domperidone,cisapride and mosapride with saline solution were administrated continuously for one day. After the last time, 10% active carbon was given. Twenty minutes later rats were killed by means of dislocation. Small intestine were taken out and promotion percentage was calculated.Results It appeared that domperidone ,cisapride and mosapride may all promote small intestine of infant rats. The most effective action time was 30～60 minutes after the administration. The efficacy decreased one hour later. The peak gastrokinetic effect of the three drugs had no significant difference. There were no significant difference in the studies of dosage effect of cisapride. It was at the lowest dosage that we found the obvious gastrokinetic effects.Conclusion Several gastrokinetic drugs used usually in clinic all promote small intestine of infant rats and have the same efficacy. When gastrokinetic drugs were prescribed in pediatrics the lowest dosage advised may effectively promote small intestine. ......
