【摘要】 目的 评估中药外洗加干扰素局封对跖疣的治疗效果。方法 我科应用中西医结合治疗58例跖疣患者，与对照组病毒唑局封治疗相比较。结果 治疗组治愈率为98.28%，对照组治愈率为37.14%，两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 中药外洗联合a-2a干扰素局封能提高跖疣治愈率，缩短疗程，减少副作用。
