【摘要】 目的 经肱动脉置管新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期乳腺癌的疗效。方法 经患侧肱动脉穿刺插管，锁骨下动脉造影后，置管于肿瘤主要供血动脉，持续灌注化疗。结果 治疗局部晚期乳癌患者18例，有效率94.4%，术后病理检查均发现癌细胞核固缩、碎裂，胞浆凝固、坏死；细胞间质水肿、炎性细胞浸润、纤维组织增生；血管出现内膜增生，血栓形成。结论 经肱动脉置管新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期乳腺癌疗效佳、毒副作用小。

    Neoadjuvant chemotherapy via arterial infusion for local advanced stage breast cancer through the brachial artery

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of interventional chemotherapy in treatment of intermediate and advanced stages breast cancer through the brachial artery.Methods The patients were given persistent perfusion chemotherapy after the catheter was put into main artery of cancer according to the subclavian artery angiography by brachial artery puncture.Results 18 cases of local advanced breast cancer were applied with catheterization chemotherapy.And the effective rate was 94.4% .There were cancer cells which was taken on pyknosis ......
