【摘要】 目的 回顾老年髋部骨折治疗效果。方法 对2000～2005年共收治疗的112例老年髋部骨折进行随访分析。结果 112例中大部分病例髋关节功能恢复满意，优良率达77%。结论 治疗老年髋部骨折，做到正确评估，积极围手术期治疗是手术内固定成功的重要条件。

    The treatment of coxa fracture in senile patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To review and evaluate the curative effects of coxa fracture in senile patients.Methods We collected the data from 2000 to 2005, the 112 senile patients suffered from coxa fracture have been analyzed.Results The majority of the 112 patients get a satisfactory function in hip joint, the excellent rate reached to 77%. Conclusion The accurate evaluation and the effective peri-operation period support is the key point to the operation success in senile coax fracture.
