不同水解方法对葡萄酒厂废渣中齐墩果酸含量的影响

     摘要:目的: 考察不同水解方法对葡萄酒厂废渣中OA含量的影响。方法:采用未水解法、酸解法、酶解法、酶解法+酸解法4种方法对葡萄榨汁后废渣进行处理,采用醇提法提取出其中的齐墩果酸,并进行含量测定和比较。结果:优选的水解方法为酶解法。结论: 所建立的水解方法稳定、可靠,适合于工业生产。

    The effect of different hydrolysis method on the content of oleanolic acid in waste residue of grape winery

    Abstract: Objective: It was studied to compare different hydrolysis methods on the content of oleanolic acid in waste residue of grape winery. Methods: The waste residue of grape winery was handled by four different methods, after extracting the oleanolic acid, we measure the content of oleanolic acid and compare the effect of the four methods. Result: The better hydrolysis condition is: fermenting the waste residue of grape winery naturally under 37℃ for 24 hours. Conclusions: The method we chosen is steady and reliable for industrial use.
