摘要：目的：探讨成人发育性髋关节发育不良继发骨性关节炎用人工全髋关节置换治疗的经验。方法：对12例16髋成人发育性髋关节发育不良继发骨性关节炎的患者进行了全髋关节置换术，重建髋臼及股骨的解剖结构，正确安装假体。结果：对12例患者进行全髋关节置换，其中双侧置换4例，经6个月到5年的随访，患者均能自行行走, 恢复日常生活自理能力。关节功能采用Harris评分，平均由术前的35.82分恢复到术后6个月的88.37分。结论：成人发育性髋关节发育不良继发骨性关节采用全髋关节置换是有效的治疗方法，充分的软组织松解，重建髋臼和股骨近端的解剖结构，正确假体位置的安装是手术的关健。

    Clinical Analysis about Total Hip Replacement Curing Development Dislocation of Hip

    Abstract： Objective :To discuss the experiment of the total hip replacement curing development dislocation of the hip .Method :12 cases of 16 model hip adult development dislocation hip with secondary bone joint inflammtion were taken for total hip replacement and rebuilt dissection structure of the acetabulum and thingbone and rightly installed artificial style .Result :The 12 cases were given total hip replacement , of which 4 cases were given both hip replacement ,and went by themselves and resumed daily life ability by doing for oneself by searching from 6 months to 5 years. Their grade of joint function was from 35.82 in revenient surgery to 88.372 in the 6 months in surgery behind by Harris grade. Conclusion :Treatment of total hip replacement to adult developmental dislocation of the hip with secondary bone inflammation is a effective way in which abundant parenchyma loosing and rebuilding dissection structure of acetabulum and thighbone and installing right artifical style position are key of surgery. ......
