【摘要】 目的 探讨性交致阴道壁裂伤出血相关因素和降低发病率的干预措施。方法 因性交致阴道壁裂伤出血病例78例为研究组，并以无性交致阴道壁裂伤史妇女作为对照组，将两组妇女之间经济收入、文化程度、性交次数、接受正规性教育次数及性交前调动好情欲时间进行比较。结果 阴道壁裂伤出血病因为：过度兴奋或粗暴性交47例(60.3%)，阴道炎或阴道畸形13例(16.7%)，异物损伤10例(12.8%)，阴道干涩8例(10.3%)，两组妇女之间经济收入、文化程度、性交次数、接受性教育次数，性交前调动好情欲时间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 改善低收入低文化层次人群的生活条件，较为广泛地开展性教育可能是降低外来人员较多地区阴道壁裂伤出血发病率的有效措施。
