     Application of competence model in the selection of high-level medical talents in our hospital

    Abstract High-level talents in medicine are important in the smooth execution of the hospitals future development strategy.On the basis of work experience during the construction and operations of the hospital and combining the different levels of high-level talents and the hospitals development strategy,the author illustrated the competence models of high-level talents and their concrete applications.
