【摘要】 目的 观察阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症患者的疗效及安全性和依从性。 方法 对38例女性精神分裂症患者给予阿立哌唑治疗，疗程8w，采用阳性与阴性症状量表、副作用量表评定临床疗效及不良反应。 结果 治疗8w末，阿立哌唑有效率为89.5%，不良反应轻，未明显增加体重。 结论 阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症患者疗效显著，安全性高，依从性好，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】 阿立哌唑；精神分裂症；女性；疗效；安全性
Clinical observations of aripiprazole in the treatment of female schizophrenia

【Abstract】 Objective To study efficacy, safety and compliance of aripiprazole in the treatment of female schizophrenics. Methods 38 female schizophrenics were treated with aripiprazole for 8 weeks. Efficacy and side effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS), respectively. Results After 8week treatment, effective rate of aripiprazole was 89.5%, its side effects were milder and patients had no obvious weight gain. Conclusion Aripiprazole is a safe and effective antipsychotic and has higher safety and well compliance in female schizophrenics. ......
