【摘要】 目的 探讨舍曲林联合小剂量舒必利治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 将60例抑郁症患者随机分为两组各30例，研究组给予舍曲林联合小剂量舒必利治疗，对照组单用舍曲林治疗，观察6w；采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和副作用量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。 结果 研究组起效快，显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。 结论 舍曲林联合小剂量舒必利治疗抑郁症起效快，疗效好，不良反应发生率低，依从性好，值得推广应用。【关键词】 抑郁症；舍曲林；舒必利；疗效
Clinical observation of sertraline combined with smalldose sulpiride in the treatment of depression

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness and side effects of sertraline combined with smalldose sulpiride in the treatment of depression. Methods 60 depression patients were randomly divided into two groups: research group (n=30) treated with sertraline combined with smalldose sulpiride and control group (n=30) with sertraline alone for 6 weeks. Curative effectiveness was assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and side effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS). Results Compared with control group, research group took effect more quickly, its effectual rate was higher(P<0.05) and side effects were significantly fewer. Conclusion Sertraline combined with smalldose sulpiride takes effect more quickly, and has better effectiveness, fewer side effects and better compliance. ......
