[摘要] 目的 分析畸胎瘤家族聚集现象发生的原因。方法 就我院1例典型家族性重复多发畸胎瘤病例，并回顾以往文献有关畸胎瘤家族性的报道，根据遗传性肿瘤的特点及畸胎瘤的发病特点，分析遗传因素及环境因素在畸胎瘤发病中的作用。结果 遗传因素在畸胎瘤发病中起一定的作用，环境刺激因素可使卵巢肿瘤的发生率增加，细胞分化微环境对畸胎瘤发生有一定的影响。结论 畸胎瘤家族聚集现象的发生是遗传因素合并环境因素共同作用的结果。
