[摘要] 目的 探讨健康教育对70岁以上冠心病介入治疗病人依从性的作用和影响。方法 将50例进行介入治疗的70岁以上冠心病病人随机分为试验组25例及对照组25例，对试验组采用各种形式有针对性的、全面系统的健康教育，并比较两组病人介入治疗前后的依从情况。结果 试验组治疗前后依从情况明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 全面、系统、有针对性的实施健康教育对70岁以上冠心病介入治疗病人依从性的提高有积极影响和重要意义。

    Effects of health education on the compliance of the elderly patients treated with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty

    [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of health education to the compliance of the elderly patients aged over 70 years with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty.Methods Those 50 elderly patients aged over 70 years with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and coronary stent were randomly grouped into experimental group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases).The experimental group were given all kinds of appropriate and overall health education while the control group were not.Then the compliances of two groups during the cure process were compared.Results The compliance of experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion It is important and positive to improve the compliance of the elderly patients aged over 70 years with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty to carry out overall、systematic and appropriate health education. ......
