[摘要] 目的 探讨经蝶显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤的护理方法、可行性及手术中护理要点。方法 2002年3月～2005年4月行显微镜下经蝶垂体腺瘤切除术32例，采用统一的整体护理。结果 32例患者顺利完成手术，手术时间60～120min，平均90min，术中出血80ml；手术均获成功，平均住院时间为8.8天。结论 经蝶显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤具有创伤小、切口隐蔽、出血少、对颅内结构干扰小、并发症少、住院时间短等优点。通过显微镜下经蝶垂体腺瘤切除手术的实践说明，丰富的手术配合及娴熟的专业护理技能是显微镜下经蝶垂体腺瘤切除手术成功的重要因素之一。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the nursing care of transsphenoid pituitary adenoma resection under microscopy,the possibility and the key nursing in the operation.Methods During March 2002 to April 2004,we havedone 32 cases and all take holo-nursing.Results 32 patients have been done the operation successfully,the time ranged 60 to 120min,averaging 90min,blood loss was 80ml;the average time in hospital was 8.8days.Conclusion Transsphenoid pituitary adenoma resection under microscopy has the advantage of small incision,lower complication and short time in hospital.The nursing practice of transsphenoid pituitary adenomodectomy under microscopy proves that plenty of operation nursing experience and skilled profession are the most important reasons in doing the operation successfully. ......
