[摘要] 目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对结节性甲状腺肿的诊断价值。方法 对40例经手术及病理证实结节性甲状腺肿患者的二维及彩色多普勒超声进行回顾性分析。结果 超声诊断结节性甲状腺肿的符合率87.5%( 35/40)，误诊率为12.5%( 5/40)。结论 应用二维声像图特征，结合彩色多普勒及脉冲多普勒血流参数测值，对结节性甲状腺肿诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要的临床价值。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in nodular goiter.Methods Forty patients with nodular goiter confirmed by surgery nd pathology underwent two-dimensional ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasound in nodular goiter was 87.5%(35/40),misdiagnostic rate was 12.5%(5/40).Conclusion Two-dimensional ultrasonography and CDFI are of important clinical value in the diagnosis and differentiation of nodular goiter. ......
