[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声检测老年人颈动脉粥样硬化的临床价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声检测100例老年心脑血管病患者的颈动脉，观察动脉走行，了解斑块位置及形态，测量相关参数。结果 100例患者均有不同程度颈动脉粥样硬化，其中20例单纯内—中膜增厚，80例有粥样硬化斑块形成。结论 彩色多普勒超声检测老年颈动脉粥样硬化有重要的临床价值。

    Value of color Doppler ultrasonography in elderly carotid atherosclerosis

    [Abstract] Objective To probe the color Doppler ultrasonography value in elderly carotid atherosclerosis.Methods Ultrasonic characteristics of carotids in one hundred elderly patients including 45 cases of hypertension,36 cases of coronal heart disease,19 cases of cerebral infraction were analyzed.Results The study showed that there were the formations of carotid atherosclerosis to various extent in 100 cases,simply intima-intermediate layer thickening in 30 cases,atherosclerotic plaque formations in 80 cases.Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography is of important clinical value in elderly carotid atherosclerosis. ......
