[摘要] 目的 探讨干酪性肺炎的CT表现特点，提高干酪性肺炎的影像学认识和诊断水平。方法 经确诊的干酪性肺炎35例,常规扫描后,对其CT影像表现进行回顾性分析。结果 35例中，CT提示26例干酪性肺炎异常征象并做出了正确诊断。结论 干酪性肺炎有本身影像特点，结合临床资料可有助于提高正确诊断率。

    Analysis on CT findings in caseous pneumonia

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the CT features of caseous pneumonia and to improve the ability in understanding and diagnosing caseous pneumonia by CT.Methods 35 cases with confirmed caseous pneumonia were studied by conventional CT scanning and retrospectively analyzed.Results CT suggested signs of caseous pneumonia and made correct diagnosis in 26 of 35 patients.Conclusion Caseous pneumonia possesses of specific imaging features,which can help to establish a correct diagnosis if combined with clinical history.
