     Effects of different +Gz exposure on cardiocyte apoptosis in rats

    【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the effects of different +Gz exposure on cardiocyte apoptosis in rats. METHODS: Twelve rats were evenly randomized into 3 groups: control group, +6Gz/3 min group and +10Gz/3 min group. The rats were respectively killed 6 h after +Gz exposure and the rate of cardiocyte apoptosis was counted after straining with terminal deoxynucleotide transferasemediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL)method. RESULTS: The cardiocyte apoptosis in control group was scarely observed, while it occurred numerously in the +Gz exposure groups. Compared with the control group, the number of cardiocyte apoptosis increased significantly in+6Gz exposure group(P<0.05). The number of cardiocyte apoptosis increased significantly in the +10Gz/3 min group than that in the +6Gz/3 min group and control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The cardiocyte apoptosis can be induced with +Gz exposure in rats. With the increase of +Gz values, the number of cardiocyte apoptosis increases gradually. ......
