【摘要】 目的 分析腮裂囊肿的CT表现及诊断价值。 方法 回顾分析10例经手术及病理检查证实为腮裂囊肿的一般资料、临床表现及CT表现。 结果 CT表现为颈前三角区，沿胸锁乳突肌前内侧，呈上、下走行的囊状密度影，边界清晰，壁薄，其内密度均匀。周围组织受推压、移位。当合并感染时，边界较模糊，囊壁增厚，部分囊壁有明显强化。 结论 CT检查对腮裂囊肿可以清晰显示囊肿的部位、大小、形态及其与周围组织结构的关系，尤其是冠状及矢状重建图像，病变显示得更加清晰，易于做出准确的诊断。
