【摘要】 目的 评价膀胱部分切除术中经髂内动脉灌注化疗浸润性膀胱癌的疗效。 方法 13例浸润性膀胱癌患者均行膀胱部分切除术，术中同时行髂内动脉穿刺，单次大剂量灌注卡铂和阿霉素，行区域性化疗。 结果 13例手术均成功，未发生严重并发症。随访14～60个月，复发3例，复发率23.1%。1、3、5年生存率分别为100%、76.9%、61.5%。 结论 膀胱部分切除术中同时行髂内动脉灌注化疗是治疗浸润性膀胱癌安全、有效且简单的方法。
