     【摘要】 目的：探讨基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的经验和体会。方法：对我院3年来312例LC术前、术中、术后情况进行回顾性分析。结果：由LC治愈296例(94.9%)；中转开腹11例(3.5%)；二次手术3例(0.96%)；严重并发症5例(1.6%)，均经积极处理没有后遗症发生。结论：只要重视手术过程的每一个环节，其并发症是完全可以避免的。基层医院开展LC，但必须把并发症的预防放在首位。

    Clinic analysis of 312 patients treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy in basiclevel hospital ZHANG Yongfeng,DANG Feng,HAN Xinping,et al.Shanxi Fuping the Second Hospital,Fuping 711700,China

    【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into the experience of the laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)in the basiclevel hostpitals.Methods:Review and analyze the condition of the 312 patients treated by LC from before operation,in operation and after operation in recent 3 years.Results:296 patients (94.9%) were cured by LC.11 patients(3.5%)were opened operation.3 patients(0.96%)were treated by the second operation.5 patients (1.6%) suffered serious complications,but all patients were treated well and recovered without sequelae.Conclusions:The complications may be avoided thoroughly if lay stress on onevery step during the LC.LC can be carried out in the basiclevel hospitals,but must put the complicationprevention first. ......
