腹腔镜胆囊切除术致胆管损伤的原因及防治

     【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)致胆管损伤的原因、处理及预防。方法：回顾总结我院1997～2004年间收治的LC致胆管损伤的10例临床资料。结果：全组有肝总管以上部位的高位胆管损伤7 例,其他与电热或钛夹有关的损伤3 例,经过1次或1次以上手术治疗后痊愈，随访1～6年无胆管狭窄。结论：LC术中胆道损伤应重视预防，发生后及时正确处理是改善预后的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the reasons,management and prevention of bile duct injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).Methods:The clinical data of 10 patients with LC caused bile duct injury treated in our hospital from 1997 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of the 10 patients,7 were complicated with bile duct injury above the hepatic duct,and 3 were caused by electric heating or titanium clamp.All patients were cured by one or more than one operation.No biliary stricture occurred during the followup period of 16 years.Conclusions:The key to improve the prognosis of bile duct injury is to prevent and treat at proper time and in correct way. ......
