【摘要】 目的 通过对两种制片方法所做各种标本的分析研究，探索能够提高细胞学检查阳性率的方法。方法 用传统方法和液基细胞两种方法制片，研究两种制片的诊断结果。结果 传统涂片细胞学诊断结合了细胞形态、排列方式、背景等，比较容易诊断，但细胞厚薄不一，单个细胞易漏诊；液基制片所取标本量大，偶然性小，细胞平铺，单个细胞容易识别，但大多数失去了细胞排列方式和背景细胞。结论 两者配合，相互结合，同时制片，有利于提高癌细胞的检出率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study and explore the ways of increasing the positive rate of cell examination by means of the analysis and study of the subjects which are made through two kinds of ways of making plates. Methods To study the diagnosis results of the two ways of making plate by means of traditional way and TCT. Results It is easy to diagnose by using the traditional way of smear cell diagnosis.Although it is easy to identify the individual cell,most of the individual cells lose the way of queuing and backgrounds due to the difference of the cells and the large amount of the subjects.Conclusion It will be helpful to increase the examination rate of the cancer cell by means of these two ways of making plates. ......
