【摘要】 目的 研究多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片(C12)联合检测在临床应用中的诊断价值。方法 用C12定量检测938例恶性肿瘤、308例良性肿瘤和52例健康体检人员血清中12种常见的肿瘤标志物:CEA、AFP、CA125、CA19-9、NSE、CA242、HCG、HGH、CA15-3、F-PSA、PSA、Ferritin。结果 938例恶性肿瘤血清中有876例血清肿瘤标志物为阳性，阳性率为93.39%，308例良性肿瘤中有19例肿瘤标志物为阳性，阳性率为6.16%，52例正常对照组中有4例出现肿瘤标志物为阳性，阳性率为7.69%。C12检测结果中有2项以上为阳性且阳性率超过55%的有肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、子宫癌、卵巢癌、胃癌、肠癌、胰腺癌。结论 多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统在临床中有一定的诊断价值，适用于肿瘤辅助诊断及筛查，可提高肿瘤早期诊断的阳性率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value of 12 kinds of tumor markers in protein biochip detection system (C12 detection system for short).Methods C12 was used to quantitatively detect 12 kinds of tumor markers (CEA,AFP,CA125,CA19-9,NSE,CA242,HCG,HGH,CA15-3,F-PSA,PSA,Ferritin) in the sera of 938 patients with cancer,308 patients with benign tumor and 52 healthy persons.Results 876 out of 938 patients with cancer were found to be positive with their tumor marker (positive rate 93.39%); 19 out of 308 patients with benign tumor were found to be positive with the tumor marker (positive rate 6.16%);While 4 out of 52 healthy persons were found to be positive with their tumor marker(positive rate 7.69%).The patients with the following kinds of cancers were found to be positive in more than 2 items and the positive rate is over 55%:liver cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer ......
