【摘要】 目的 探讨不同剂量甲醛腹腔注射对小鼠心脑组织的氧化损伤的反应。 方法 用不同剂量(0.50mg/kg,5mg/kg,50mg/kg)甲醛小鼠腹腔注射,2h后测定其心脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。 结果 腹腔注射甲醛后与对照组比较心脑组织SOD活性显著性下降(P<0.01),MDA含量高剂量组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论 腹腔注射甲醛对小鼠心脑组织有明显氧化损伤作用。【关键词】 甲醛; 超氧化物歧化酶(SOD); 丙二醛(MDA)

【Abstract】 Objective To study the oxidative damage effects of formaldehyde on heart and brain of mice. Methods Via injecting different doses of formaldehyde (0.50mg/kg,5mg/kg,50mg/kg) into the abdominal cavity of mice, the activity of the superoxide dismutase (SOD)and the contents of maleic dialdehyde(MDA)were determined after two hours.Results After injecting formaldehyde into the abdominal cavity of mice, the results showed a significant decline tendency of the activities of SOD(P<0.01) and the significantly increased contents of MDA(P<0.01).Conclusion Formaldehyde that injected into abdominal cavity reveals significant oxidation damage to heart and brain of mice. ......
