小儿阑尾脓肿的一期手术治疗

[摘要] 目的 探讨小儿阑尾脓肿一期手术治疗及其临床效果。方法 本组30例，入院确定诊断后均行一期手术，分离粘连，切除阑尾，冲洗腹腔，7例放置腹腔引流管。术后应用抗生素及中药治疗。结果 30例全部治愈出院，平均住院时间13天，随访1～3年，无肠瘘、肠梗阻等手术并发症。结论 小儿阑尾脓肿一期手术治疗是可靠的，临床效果良好。[关键词] 儿童；阑尾脓肿；一期外科手术
Primary surgery of appendiceal abcess in children

[Abstract] Objective To explore the primary surgery of appendiceal abcess in children and the clinical effects.Methods There were 30 children with appendiceal abcess.They were all underwent primary appendectomy and abdominal irrigation.Seven cases were placed abdominal drainage tubes.Postoperatively all the cases were treated by antibiotic and traditional Chinese medicine.Results 30 patients were cured and the mean hospitalization time was 13 days.There were not complications such as intestinal fistula and obstruction.Conclusion Primary surgery of appendiceal abcess in children is reliable and its clinical effects are excellent. ......
