听觉感知统合训练孤独症及相关发育障碍儿童疗效观察

     [摘要] 目的 评价听觉感知统合训练方法训练孤独症及相关发育障碍儿童的效果。方法 采用第三代数码听觉统合训练仪(TL2001-A型)对48例确诊儿童孤独症及相关发育障碍的患儿进行1个疗程的训练,训练期间和训练后2个月分别对患儿进行行为观察和随访结果比较。利用统计学软件SPSS 10.0对结果进行分析。结果 训练前儿童行为评分平均为8.83±1.42,训练10天后儿童行为评分平均为7.50±2.08,训练2个月后儿童行为评分平均为5.96±2.56,训练后比训练前评分明显降低,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.001)。结论 听觉统合训练方法是改善儿童孤独症、儿童孤独症倾向及语言发育障碍儿童症状的一种有效训练方法。

    Analysis on result of auditory integration training in autism child and related growth obstacle child

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the result of auditory integration training in the autism child and related growth obstacle child.Methods Use the third generation auditory integration training instrument(Model:2001-A)to training 48 autism children and related growth obstacle children a treatment period.Observe the change of all children’s behavior in the training period and 2 months after training.Use the software SPSS 10.0 to analysis the result.Results Before training the children’s count were 8.83±1.42.After training and after training for 2 months,the children’s count were 7.50±2.08 and 5.96±2.56.Before and after auditory integration training respetively(P<0.001).Conclusion Auditory integration training are effective therapeutic methods for autism and related growth obstacle children’s patients. ......
