【摘 要】 目的 观察滋阴活血法治疗缺血性中风的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法 全部60例，随机分为2组。治疗组30例采用滋阴活血法拟方，水煎服，每日2次；对照组30例采用维脑路通、低分子右旋糖酐静脉滴注，每日1次。观察2组中医证候疗效比较、中风病疗效比较和中风病单项症状改善比较。结果 治疗组中风证候总有效率为86.7%，对照组为56.7%，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组中风病总有效率为90.0%，对照组为60.0%，2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组语言表达，上肢远、近端肌力，下肢近端肌力和综合能力的改善与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 滋阴活血法治疗缺血性中风疗效较好。

    Clinical observation of Ziyinhuoxue Decoction on ischemic apoplexy WU Chunyan Division of scientific research, Shandong sport college, Jinan 250002

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of ischemic apoplexy treated by Ziyinhuoxue Decoction. Method 60 cases with ischemic apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=30) were treated by routine therapy (Troxerutin, dextran by intervenous drop infusion). And patients in treatment group (n=30) were treated by Ziyinhuoxue Decoction. The effect of cerebral infarction was observed before and after treatment in both groups for a month. Indexes of symptoms and signs were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate of syndrome of apoplexy in treadment group(86.7%) was significant higher than that in control group(56.7%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of apoplexy in treatment group (90.0%) was also significant higher than that in control group (60.0%, P<0.05). There was significant difference between both groups in improvement of myodynamia of epipodite distant and proximate, myodynamia of pelvic limb and comprehensive ability (P<0.01). Conclusion Ziyinhuoxue Decoction has a definite effect on ischemic apoplexy. ......
