通心络胶囊治疗冠心病患者抑郁症状的临床观察

【摘 要】 目的 探讨通心络胶囊对冠心病患者抑郁症状的疗效。方法 将80例冠心病伴抑郁障碍的患者随机分成2组，分别给予通心络胶囊(中药组，40例)和盐酸舍曲林(西药组，40例)治疗共8周；采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)定期进行疗效评定。结果 2组HAMD总评分在第1、2、4、8周治疗效果差异无显著意义(P>0.05)，中药组总有效率为87.5%，西药组为90.0%，差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。2组HAMD 4个因素治疗结果比较，睡眠障碍、焦虑抑郁情绪和躯体症状大致相当，而情感淡漠疗效中药组较西药组差。结论 通心络胶囊对冠心病患者的抑郁症状有一定疗效。【关键词】 抑郁症状；冠心病；通心络；舍曲林

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule on depression in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 80 Patients with CHD and depressive disorders were randomly divided into two groups,the 40 patients in observation group were treated with Tongxinluo capsule and the other 40 patients in control group were treated with sertraline, with a treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by HAMD periodically.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 87.5%,which was 90.0% in control group,there was no significant difference in scores of HAMD between the two groups after one,two,four,eight weeks (P>0.05).In the 4 paramenters of HAMD,the therapeutic effect of sleep disorders,anxiety and depression emotions,somatic syndromes were approximately the same,while the therapeutic effect of affective disorders in observation group was worse tham that in control group.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective in treating depressive disorders in patients with CHD. ......
