【摘 要】 目的 探讨应用足背皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损的技术。 方法 根据足部创面的大小和位置，设计足背皮瓣，转移至受区。 结果 8例皮瓣中，完全成活7例，1例部分坏死，经植皮后创面愈合，成活皮瓣外观及功能满意。 结论 足背皮瓣是修复足部组织缺损的理想皮瓣，该皮瓣转移范围大，供受区相近，供瓣区隐匿且不影响负重及行走。
