【摘 要】 目的 探讨残根残冠根管治疗期间急性炎症的发病情况及其春相关因素。 方法 对120例残根残冠根管治疗，记录根管预备、根管充填和根尖病变情况与急性炎症的关系进行临床分析。 结果 急性炎症13例，发生率为10.83%;其中超扩11例，超填12例，根尖有病变4例，无病变9例。 结论 残根残冠根管治疗的急性炎症与根管预备、根管充填和根尖病变程度有关，治疗时应严格遵守操作规程，认真进行，避免急性炎症的发生。
