【摘 要】 目的 观察丙泊酚配伍米索前列醇用于无痛人流术的临床疗效。 方法 将2005年1～12月来我院要求人流术的早孕妇女160例随机分为2组，采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉作人流术的早孕妇女于术前加用米索前列醇为手术组(A组);单用丙泊酚静脉麻醉作人流术的早孕妇女为对照组(B组)。观察术中扩宫的难易程度、手术时间、术中出血量及手术并发症。 结果 A组术中无阻力扩宫的例数明显多于对照组(P<0.01)，手术时间亦明显缩短(P<0.05)，麻醉药物用量减少，术中副反应下降，但术中出血量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 丙泊酚配伍米索前列醇用于无痛人流术，具有扩张宫颈，便于手术操作，缩短手术时间，减少丙泊酚用量优点，并能减轻人流术所造成的孕妇身心负担。
