【摘 要】 目的 比较丰霍奇金淋患者不同中医证型间T细胞亚群和NK细胞比例的差别，旨在探讨NHL中医临床辩证分型的客观化检测指标。方法 依据中医辩证分型方法，选取寒痰凝滞型NHL21例和阴虚火旺型17例，同时采用流式细胞仪检测患者外周血淋巴细胞中Th、Ts/Tc及NK细胞阳性率，并比较不同中医证型间上述细胞阳性率的差别。结果 虽然寒痰凝滞型患者外周血NK细胞阳性率相比阴虚火旺型，无显著差异(P>0.05)，但寒痰凝滞型患者外周血Th细胞阳性率较阴虚火旺患者显著降低(P<0.05)；并且，阴虚火旺型患者Ts/Tc细胞阳性率也明显低于寒痰凝滞型组(P<0.05)。结论 检测恶性淋巴瘤患埏Th、Ts/Tc及NK细胞，可作为中医辩证分型的客观化指标。NHL患者的免疫功能状态也是影响生存质量及生存期的重要因素之一。【关键词】 非霍奇金淋巴瘤；辩证分型；辅助性T细胞；细胞毒性/抑制性T细胞；自然杀伤细胞

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the positive ration of Th、NK and Ts/Tc cells between two types of TCM syndrome differentiation for NHL patients,and try to uncover the objective paramenter for syndrome differentiation of NHL clinical diagnosis.Methods According to TCM,we selected 21 patients with stagnant cold phlegm and 17 with hyperactivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN.Meanwhile,we detected the positive ratio of Th、NK and Ts/Tc cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry.Then,we studied the relations between syndrome differentation types and positive ration of Th、NK and Ts/Tc cells.Results Although threr was no significant difference between two type for positive NK cells (P>0.05),Th+ cells of patients with stagnant cold phlegm were lower than those with typeractivity of fire caused by deficiency of YIN (P<0.05);and the ratio of Ts/Tc for patients with stagnant cold phlegm was higher than the other type (P<0.05).Conclusion The ratio of positive Th、NK and Ts/Tc cells will be the objective paramenter for clinical syndrome differentiation of NHL patients.Immune state is one of the most important factors determining living quality and lifespan of NHL patients. ......
