[摘要] 目的 探讨市场经济条件下有效的护理质量管理方法。方法 通过分析新形势下护理管理工作中存在的问题，采取了完善质量评价系统、深化质量内涵控制，建设高素质护理队伍的应对策略。结果 护理工作顺应改革，最大限度地满足了社会和患者的需求。结论 面对复杂多变的医疗护理工作新形势，只有不断探讨科学有效、严谨完善的管理方法才能适时推进护理质量的持续改进。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss on efficient methods of nursing quality control in market economy condition.Methods Analysed the problems in nursing quality control under market economy condition.Take the quality control system,deepen the quality meaning control and construct high diathesis nursing group are useful.Results Nursing Service is suitable for the reform and satisfies the need of patients and society.Conclusion Under the new complex conditions of nursing,constantly study scientific management methods are useful for improvement of nursing quality.
