    Abstract Now work nature of nurses the discipline from to aim at the disease to nurse extends nurses to the patient entire body and mind whole.Strengthens along with the people law consciousness,adds the part of medical care personnels careless service attitude,works carelessly,nurses the dispute gradually to increase,the contradictory between nursing staff and patient frequency to live,all sorts of reasons have close correlation with the humanities construction,therefore initiating humanities medicine,setting up the nurses idea of taking the patient as the center,and implementing move nurses is signality.
